Took out a new contract with Sky on 25th July for Broadband and pay as you talk phone calls. Broadband is working fine, but unable to make or receive phone calls.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your Sky Hub has a Voice light which is lit, your phone must be plugged into the socket at the back of the Hub. It won't work when plugged into the wall socket.
