Took out a new contract with Sky on 25th July for Broadband and pay as you talk phone calls. Broadband is working fine, but unable to make or receive phone calls.

If your Sky Hub has a Voice light which is lit, your phone must be plugged into the socket at the back of the Hub. It won't work when plugged into the wall socket.
If that's not the problem, let us know.
