Unable to Recieve Incoming Calls but can make outgoing calls.

I was testing making calls from my mobile to check the number of rings before ansafone kicks in on the handset. 

It worked twice then on the 3rd time, Sky Talk Shield kept saying on hold, trying to connect you for about 1 minute before the line went dead. The landline handset didn't ring. We tried about 10 more times then called Sky who said they don't deal with the handset functions and everything looks fine with the line check.

 Still no incoming calls but can make outgoing. I've seen this is a common issue previously with various responses or simply that it started working again with no feedback from Sky.

How do i contact sky - 150 no longer works!

@Maddanj you might need to turn off one or the other (that is, either your phone's answering service or Sky Talk Shield). They don't always play well together.
