Awful service!!

AWFUL SERVICE!.

About two months ago, we bought landline phones, we can receive calls, but all outgoing calls go straight to sky customer service.

The first call we made to sky to resolve, did not happen, they sent an external engineer. We received no update. Also no notes added to our account.

The second call, another engineer sent from openreach to check our line from inside the property, to be told that SKY had reported our issue as an Internet issue... which it was not!!!.

The engineer has stated over the phone to a sky tech team member, the problem is with SKY not the line!!. Which we already knew and have been ignored and sent in different directions to get this fixed.

The issue is VOIP!!, OR IT HAS A BLOCK ON THE LINE.

this is the second long term issue with sky in the last 12 months!.

Now we have to wait a further 72 hours to see probably start this all over again!!

Completely unacceptable!!.
