Type of Landline Phone

Just had my router installed by BT and all working. I have Sky Talk as part of my package and I am a little confused as to the type of phone I need to purchase, a VOIP or standard Phone connecting directly to the Router ?

My overall package is called Sky Q.

@New+Customer1A standard phone will work in the back of the router.
