Can't receive calls and voice light on hub not lit after having sky here on new setup

Voice light on hub not lit, cannot receive incoming calls on phone quite often.  Had new set up from sky and since have had a problem.

@Dudley64Have you tried re-starting the hub if you are supposed to have internet calls?
