Tv not connecting to wifi

My tv isn't connecting to the WiFi and it's causing chaos. It's been like this for days now. I've tried everything

As this isn't a Sky Talk Landline issue it would be helpful to provide the info requested by @Mark39  otherwise the community can't start to help.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
