Telephon problem

• Hello after the engineer cam to changeu the fibre cable  my telephone it gone strange AND I AM NO HAPPY WITH IT !

Every time I make a phone call  this came up(CALL TO THIS NUMBER ARE SCREENED

BY SKY SAY YOUR NAME AFTER THE TONE

 THEN PRESS A NUMBER )

I don't really want that. 

I have relations abroad  that doesn't understand English!  Could  you please do
