Q i cannot acces sky talk shield i have been in contact with your IT guys twice last year{2024] they told me wait 48 hours and try again did that twice to no avail its still not working spoke with a person from sky on sunday 9th feb 2025he told me to wait 24 hrs did this still not working. Whats the point of lying just admit you can't fix it. Now can some one at sky shed some light on this problem without fobbing me off. Frustrated user.
