Isn't it about time Sky sorted out talkshield, it gets boring reading the same message of trying to fix this problem which has probably existed for over a number of of years.
Thanks Mark, I was aware of the handset operation and have had to use it a nos of times. It's a bit of a pain compared to the on screen operation and as I understand one is unable to get a print out of the telephone nos in the shield using the handset. Goffer

@Goffer234 several years, for sure. My guess is that it's probably of low priority, as not all customers are affected, and there's a workaround using the phone handset.
