Thank-you, I think reason is Sky has a problem with Sky Talk Shield which they are trying to fix

@The+Original+Badg yes,there's a long outstanding issue which affects some customers. However, so far it has resulted in a 'whoops....' error message rather than a spinning cursor.

My experience is the spinning in #MySky app and the whoopsy when I try to fire up #talk #shield from #sky.com
In addition to the issue of #Smarty mobile (& #three too?) unable to call #sky landline
