Trying to set up talk shield but it won't open

@Kate-1402 are you getting an error message when you try?

There's a known, long standing fault which affects some customers. Sky are aware, but there's no fix yet: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Talk/Sky-Talk-Shield-cannot-amend-via-the-website-or-My-Sky-App/td-p/46...

Try going on

to Google and enter Talk Shield / Sky.com 

When it opens  sign in.

Tap on Product Settings

Should go to Broadband Talk 

Scroll down to Talk Shield and open.
