Talk not working

Had FTTP fitted on the 4th (3 days ago), everything is working but hub voice is not on and talk doesn't work, checked my number on status and it said its ok, tried to different phones, done everything on the community chat and still nothing.   Please help I need the phone to work.

After a FTTP activation it usually takes an additional 24 hours on so for the phone line to be fully operational. Providing your handset is plugged into the hub, and not a wall socket, look at the troubleshooting on this link

thank you, thats why i have waited until now as its been nearly 36 hours since being plugrd in and its still not lighting up on the hub and phone is still not working.

Does anyone from Sky look at these discussions?  This matter is still not resolved, not a very good start to my broadband & talk service.

Sounds like you need to report it to Sky. 

These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …

🟩 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or another Sky Talk landline. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

If necessary a number may be visible at the end of the correct help flow.

🟩 Sky Assistant 💬 should also be available via

for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

@nigel-newt do you have a black Hub or a white Max Hub?

Black, I have tried everything on the community and i have reset the hub.
