Phone installation

The engineer came today and installed the new sky hub, the landline phone is not working. I have been through the guides and tried every which way of plugging things in and it's still not working.

It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation. Presumably you've got it plugged into the back of the hub and NOT a wall socket?

Yes I followed the instructions on plugging it in to the hub. If it takes a while to settle in and work I'll wait if not I'll try to get in contact with sky again. Hopefully get hold of someone this time. Thanks
