Suitable phone?

Hi! My elderly mother had new optic broadband fitted in Tuesday. Landline not working. Is it because she needs a digital phone now? She is very stressed as you can imagine. I have attached photos of new setup plus her phone. Thanks! All advice welcome!

Is the phone plugged into the back of the router or the old mastersocket

Any phone with a bt type phone jack should work then so long as its not a bt digital voice phone. What colour is the voice light on the sky hub

I'm not at her house at the mo so can't tell you. I'm.going to try switching everything off tomorrow but wondered about the phone. What colour should the light be?
