Hi I would like to stop out going calls to mobile phone numbers please

@Nirmabegum Just don't dial mobile numbers, you can't block permanently yourself or someone else from dialing them

That's not a service Sky provides, I'm afraid.

There's at least one model of BT-branded DECT handset (which will work on any 'landline') that has a PIN feature to block premium and mobile numbers from being dialled.

Be aware that BT 'Digital Voice' hardware which also has calling control doesn't work on anything but BT/EE broadband.
