Open Sky Talk Porting Case
Hi All, I have been stuck with the ai bot going around and around trying to find out who to speak to to get an update on my Sky Talk Porting Case. My landline is currently with Virgin and I am trying to Port it over to my Sky account, the porting request went in on time and I have a case number, I'm just trying to find out an update....Any clues as to someone I can chat with or call for the update?

Unless you've been given specific contact details, all you can do is call Sky's customer services. However I suspect there won't be any interim update to give you pending final resolution.
