Spam numbers

How do I block spam callers - I have tried several times to get into Talk Shiled and it is never available.

What is happening when you try to access to Sky Talk Shield as there does appear to be some issues at present as you can read about here:

@AJSa to be honest, there's no point trying to block spammers. The numbers they call from are usually spoofed (fabricated) and if one number is blocked, they'll just spoof another one.,

 

Better to use Sky Talk Shield's call screening service. If the Sky Talk Shield is activated, you can use your phone handset to toggle call screening on and off, and to add starred numbers (those that are put through without intervention) or blocked numbers. You may need to call Sky to activate Sky Talk Shield.

I use call screening on my non-Sky landline service, and not a single spam callers has been put through to me - they generally give up when the call is intercepted by the screening service.
