Just had sky fibre fitted do you have to pay for out going phone calls

Sky Talk is bundled together with Sky Broadband. The default tariff when you sign up is Pay As You Talk tariff whereby all calls are chargeable apart from freephone numbers and calls to Sky. 

There are alternative tariffs with a monthly charge but with some inclusive calls

Unless you opted to add one of the Sky Talk Extra options, at 27 pence per minute it can be extremely expensive to make outbound calls: unfortunately the service being VoIP on full fibre doesn't change that.

Roughly speaking, anything over an hour of calls in any given month will cost more than having Sky Talk Anytime Extra on the account.
