I am receiving sms txt messages but sky talk dont know what to do to resolve

@Keefo you could try calling 0800  587  5252 and selecting the appropriate option to see if that will stop them.

Or contact the senders and remove your landline number as the means of contact for SMS messages.

Those options aside, you'll have to persevere with Sky, I'm afraid.
