Sky to Plusnet call issues

Since I moved my Broadband and landline over to Plusnet from SKY none of my friends and family who are still SKY subscribers can contact me and just get a messege that my phone number doesn't exist.

Everyone I know who isn't with SKY can get through. This issue occurs with both SKY landline and mobile subscribers.

I have spoken to both SKY and Plusnet and they are both blaming each other for this issue. I suspect that this is a SKY issue as many other people who have left SKY for other companies are complaing on line about the same issue.

Has anyone experienced this issue and got it sucsessfuly resolved?

Any help would be gratefully recieved please as, after seven months of this I am at the end of my tether.

As you're now with Plusnet, I doubt Sky will be willing to help. The Sky customers who can't call you will need to raise it themselves with Sky.

My family have already reported this to SKY but to no avail which is why I am seeking answers here.

@j2seaWhere you able to call anyone and everyone before the change of provider and this only happened after changing?

Yes, this has only occurred since the changeover.

@j2sea  This has been seen before on the forums  But with neither of the providers wanting to look into it. You have to persist with Plusnet, and as @Mark39  pointed out that your friends that are still with Sky should get them to do the same.

Also you might want to ask them if they have anyone else they know that is on Plusnet to see if they have issues with contacting them. This is to take away from them blame game that seems to be going on.
