landline phone has no dial tone. although when you ring our house phone number it rings on the mob.

How do I get my landline tested by SKY? - under contract with SKY for broadband and landline. BT of course are not interested as the contract Is 0with SKY ? Mike Smith

Try the connection test here (regardless of whether or not your broadband is working ok). If z fault is detected, you'll be able to book an engineer.

If not you'll need to report it. You can either call, or if,you wish, we can flag your post here and z Sky adviser from the Community messaging team may be able to help here.

Hi Mark , thanks for your response - the test checks broaband ok ,issue is with landline. I have even purchased a new landline to test it out - still same issue. At least broadband works. Can you please lodge this issue with SKY as I am not getting any response from the "Help" desk.

Ok, I've flagged it to Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via private, online messaging later today or tomorrow.
