Sky talk server error

Every time I try to go into sky talk shield on the sky app, I get a server error message.

@Highlinder yes it was working ok until yesterday when it just stopped. Broadband and WiFi etc are checked and working ok. Sky help reset the talk shield but it doesn't seem to have done anything so far.

@Brian121  Are you trying to access this through the app or via browser on a computer?

@Highlinder Through the app is my preference. Have tried using 1780 number that sky suggests...that tells me it's not available.

Same issue for me Brian since yesterday so it's a Sky problem rather than individual user.  Ugently need to add an emergency careline number to my Mum's star list.

Seeing same error when trying to go into Talk Shield using the MySky app.

Same problem for me. I could access Talk Shield 26/09 then yesterday was greeted by the 'server error' message. Same today unable to log in to Talk shield. I do hope this doesn't mean it has stopped working as we get a lot of spam calls....

Getting the same 'server error' when using the MySky app and trying to go into Talk Shield.

But, just tried doing  the same with the online through a browser MySky and can see and use Talk Shield fine.

So it's just the MySky app that is failing for me.

Not tried the app but doesn't work now on my browser (Safari)

@BridieP  Have you tried any other browsers to see if it then works?

Hi,  I have tried Chrome and Edge on PC, Safari and App on phone (on Sky Broadband and mobile data) and none of it works! Sad times 😞
