Still not able to get into app. Over a week now. I thought it would have been fixed by now.
Should I delete app and reinstall or will I lose all my stored numbers?

If you continue to have problems, can you please delete/reinstall or sign out of the app and back in again.

I'm also getting server error when trying to use talk shield on the App, I've signed out, signed out, deleted app and reinstated and still getting the server error message. I accessed via the website to star an important number which showed it had been authorised, but the number still wasn't getting through when they called that evening......please help!
