Sky talk phone line problems

Hi. Our line intermittently stops working i.e crackling audio, no dial tone. However when a dial tone does occur, numbers such as 1471 and 150 do not work. I have tried unplugging phone from socket, trying different phone etc. and nothing seems to work. Could anyone please advise. Thanks.

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair, ignore the fact it says it will test your broadband:

You can also run this test via the MySky app.

Thanks for your reply. I ran the checker earlier and it said it was fine. Now however it is saying there's a problem with sky talk. I have attached a photo to verify. Thanks againIMG_0350.png

You'll need to report it to Sky, as indicated. If you wish we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can do that, rather than call?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Just a heads up to say thanks to everyone that helped, I just got off the chat and they are going to send an engineer out to check the line. Thanks again
