Discussion topic: Can't receive incoming calls from local landlines. Still receiving calls from mobiles.

Since changing provider from Virgin, I've been unable to receive incoming calls from local landlines (eg relatives, doctors, opticians etc). I've had no problems receiving calls from mobile numbers or the inevitable scam callers. Any help or thoughts would be appreciated.

If you asked to port your phone number from Virgin, have you checked to make sure that it hasn't in fact changed?
