Hi, I can't seem to access sky shield to setup family phone numbers etc. it comes up with an error ans has done for the last few days. Does anyone know how I can access it? Is it iPhones having a problem with accessing login?

@Yuleycakey this is a long outstanding fault which affects some,customers. Pending a fix (if there ever is one) you can add and remove numbers via your phone handset.
