You have posted this in the Glass (TV) Section of the community. Hopefully a moderator will move it to the broadband section and someone with the relevant knowledge and experience can assist.

@bubble49yo  Your post ha sbeen moved to the relevant board as this is not a Sky Glass TV related issue

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@bubble49yo was your new router just to replace an outdated old one? Did you have voice calls via your old router?
