Sky refusing to issue a works order to OpenReach
My telephone line outside my property comes from a pole which supplies various households in my street and OpenReach came and worked on the telephone lines where some were replaced and mine was tightened. Unfortunately they tightened it up too tight and the box where the telephone line inserts has now pulled away bringing with it part of the fascia which is just under the guttering . I contacted OpenReach who told me that they needed an works order from Sky and then they would send an engineer out to repair it. I have contacted Sky on three occasions and I keep getting the same lame excuse saying that I have to contact OpenReach for them to come and repair it as it was their fault. OpenReach say they cannot work on the line WITHOUT a works order from Sky. The cable which comes out of the box and down the wall is now starting to come adrift,
