My phone line is not working although my internet is. I cannot make or receive calls and there is no dial tone. I have tried a different handset but both show the same fault "check phone line." I have also trried a new Sky microfilter without success. Thanks

Update - After a private chat an external fault was detected and an engineer has been booked.

See if you can run this line test to see if a fault is found outside of your property and if something is found you can book an engineer repair:
You can also run this test via the MySky app. Let us know how you get on.

- I have just reset the router and the voice button 🔘 is blank, the other three are green. How do i go about booking Openreach do I need to phone 📱 Sky?

If you run the line test as @caesarome posted, and a fault is detected you may be able to book an engineer online. Otherwise you'll need to call Sky.
