Landline phone call cut off twice
I have got cut off twice this evening using my landline. I cancelled my contract with you on Tuesday 12th July, the contract ends on 27th July so why have I been cut off twice using my landline this evening?

You are not talking to Sky support via here as we are other Sky customers who are helping each other out.
Could this be down to a fault on the line, do you have a dial tone ?

None of that would cause you to be cut off. If Sky had withdrawn your service you wouldn't be able to initiate a call at all. Sounds like a fault as @caesarome posted.
