why do you pay for Sky talk if you haven't got a landline

Sky Talk is bundled together with Sky Broadband. You can't cancel the Talk side of things without cancelling Broadband as well. Just make sure you're on the Sky Pay As You Talk tariff (call Sky if you're not). That way if you make no calls there are no Sky Talk charges. (The Pay As You Talk tariff is the default tariff when you join).

@mamiecholat Because it's included as standard in your broadband package and cannot be removed 

 

if you don't have a phone connected to the line then the best you can do is switch to the pay as you talk tariff that way you are only charged for what you use

@mamiecholat if you have Sky broadband, you have a landline.

 

You don't pay for Sky Talk unless you've subscribed to a call package such as Sky Talk Anytime +
