I've just started with Sky Full Fibre 100 and I'm assuming a Talk package. I've had a bill for £24.00 for one call, made during the day within England. I can't find anywhere the tariff nor what Talk package I'm on. I don't believe I was told about the package and what the tariffs are - no doubt it's hidden somewhere but I just can't find it. Can someone advise? Thank you.

Hiya, thank you. The only things blue are the calls which say where to and how much for the total call. When I see what packages I have it just says broadband and talk.

You can find the Tariff Guide via the link here: https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-talk/talk-policies-and-info/sky-talk-user-manuals/articles/downloa...

All ISPs now do that: the ability to make calls is bundled 'for free', but unless the user opts to add some form of 'unlimited' option at an additional monthly fee on top of the broadband subscription then all outbound communication other than to specific freephone numbers will be charged at a rather high pence per minute cost (I believe now a minimum 26ppm plus 'set up' charges)
