I submitted an online help form, then got a text to say it had been updated.
But I dont know where to go to see what the update is!

I have the same problem. I submitted an online help form this morning and received a text within a couple of minutes to say there was an update. I do not have any new messages. Where else should I look? Thanks.

Thanks Mark.
Just moved from BT to Sky. Broadband working fine. Can make outgoing calls. Can receive incoming calls from a Sky number but all other calls from mobiles etc go straight to voicemail.
