Sky Talk not Working

Hi folks,

 

Hoping someone can help. We signed up to Sky Broadband and Voice two months ago, and while the broadband has been working fine, we still cannot get the Voice working. 

 

I have lost countless hours of my life speaking with agents, and have tried the following to solve this issue: 

 

- Reset the box (about 100 times now) 

- Plugged in different phones

- Sky have deactivated the Voice element of the contract and restarted it 4 times

- Sky have sent out another box (same issue) 

- Sky has said the line is active

 

We have a  Siro fibre installation. Also (not sure if this is relevant) we were with Sky in a previous property but never bothered connecting the phone line, we have kept the number the entire time. 

 

The Voice light on my Sky box has not turned on, while the contract is active, it does turn amber when the contract is inactive.

stayed with sky for 1 year and left  on end of contract, it never worked............

@AM33 unfortunately I don't think the forum can help with this, as you've already been in touch with Sky (at length) about it. Perhaps the best way forward would be to raise it as a complaint, preferably by good old fashioned letter. :Include details of you previous contact with Sky.: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint
