I am at my wits end. We switched from BT to Sky. Just has a letter today from Sky(15th Feb) to say that we will lose our BT number tomorrow (16th). Phoned Sky who said BT at fault. Phoned BT who say that Sky has not made a 'live order' request. 

We are elderly and have 50years of using our number with very many contacts. Cant contact anyone else today.

 

Anyone got any ideas please?
