Sky Talk issues

Hi my home phone isn't working I've checked there's no faults on the line and my broadband works fine. When i ring using my mobile it rings on the mobile but my home phone doesn't ring. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

After speaking with Monty300716 we accessed the account and ran a line test which detected an external fault on the line. 

We have arranged for Openreach to resolve this shortly.

Did you run the connection test here (even though your broadband is OK)?

If that didn't detect the fault, you'll need to report it to Sky.  Either give them a call if you have the means, or we can alert the Community messaging team who may be able to help here.  Just so you know, the messaging service isn't a live chat, so  there's likely to be a delay between Sky's  responses.

I've run the connection test and there's no issue with it.  Would be possible to alert the community messaging team for me please? Thank you for your help
