Home Answer Phone won't work with sky

Cant get our home answer phone to work. It says contact sky!

Then that is what you will need to do as it might need activating so only Sky support can do this for you. The good news is the call is free as the number to use is just 150.

Sky Talk have their own Voicemail system which you have to call Sky and get them to activate. That costs £2 per month. The advanced Voicemail+ costs £2.50 per month.

If you mean your handsets own built in answer phone isn't working I'm not sure why it would ask you to call Sky.

No, nor me. A stand alone answering device wouldn't know who your provider is. @grensiid which answerphone are you using?
