Sky Talk Shield - adding international numbers

Might be a solution to this that isn't obvious to me! If I try to enter a new number into Talk Shield there are two boxes, first one that appears it might be for an area code but never works. The second allows entry of a number including dialling code, and that works just fine. But how would I enter an international number? I've tried adding that into the second box with and without country and area codes, and Talk Shield doesn't recognise the number as a valid phone number, whatever I try.

Re: Sky Talk Shield - adding international numbers

I have the same problem. We have a very elderly relative in Germany. She just rang but y account (I've just moved to a new house with fibre) says no-one has called me. the Germany country code is not accepted. How do I add her to the star list?

Re: Sky Talk Shield - adding international numbers

I am using the star numbers on Talk shield but am unable to enter the country code (eg+33) in the first box (it does not seem to acceppt any number or sign). It will not accept the number in the second box
