My Landline has suddenly stopped working (although Internet etc is still OK)
I've gone through all the help routines without success.
I rang the automated help number which identified a fault but hasn't given me the info to fix it.
Can someone help get me through to someone who can fix the issue please?

It didn't but I've now managed to book in an engineer via another Sky number.

Try running the below test. If it detects an external fault it may give you the option of booking an engineer. Openreach’s target fix times is within 2 working days from when they’re notified by Sky.
