Hi Sky, i am a 74 years old and my landline is not working. I am unable to speak to a human to sort the issue. this is my only line of communication. I have had to ask my daughter to try and sort this, i am going round and round with your chat service which has not helped or sorted the problem. Can someone contact my daughter ASAP via the email address on the account.

We are customers here who help each other so perhaps you can get your daughter to post on here if you want as we can then ask her to go through this to run a line test:

She can also run this test via the MySky app.
