No dial tone, but broadand is working
I have no dial tone and have not for a couple of days now, I have terrible mobile phone signal so calling is not an option. No way of doing a line test, at least that I can find.

@Raxxos given there are 2 ways a voice line can be delivered if you are on the new digital method where the phone plugs into the Sky hub check the lights on the hub see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start as the triublecshooter will tell you what to do. If you are on the older analgue service via a phone socket call Sky and report the fault.

@Raxxos most oeople have a mobile or can borrow a phone. I am a customer like yourself.
