I've only been with Sky for about a month now. When I first changed I checked the 1471 servise was working OK - which it was.
About a week ago the service appears to have stopped. If I dial 1471 there is a short delay then a constant tone starts.
Can anyone help please.

We can alert them here and they may be able to help via a private online chat over the next day or so.
Or you could give them a call on 150, which is likely to be quicker (though I've seen posts saying tje call centres are temporarily not taking calls).

Ok, I've flagged your post to Sky and a Community adviser may be able to help you via the forum later today. Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page and an email or private message inviting you to a private online chat. Just so you know, it's not a synchronous service, so the responses from Sky may not be immediate.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

ok thanks has the customer service closed now because i was talking on facebook and they told me there putting me through to an asvisor and to hang on
