For over a year Talk shield page comes up "Whoops" try again later,can only switch shield on and off cannot control numbers on the Sky page,have tried phoning sky they try all sorts and nothing changes.causing me problems as awaiting impotant calls ie Doctors ,hospital etc.no one at sky seam interested
