Discussion topic: Sky Landline won't connect to Spanish Mobile

When I use my UK Sky landline phone to contact a certain Spanish mobile it always comes up as engaged. But if I use my UK mobile there is no problem and I get through straibht away. Why is this? Is there something in Spain that is preventing or restricting UK landlines from connecting to mobiles?
