Discussion topic: No incoming or outgoing calls on Sky Talk

Hey,

I currently can get any incoming or outgoing calls on Sky Talk.

When someone calls, it says we are on another call. When we try and call it is a dead tone.

Have checked both phones and they are as they should be.

Think it may be related to Storm Isha as I am Scotland based and we got battered last night.

Wondering if anyone has any insight or can confirm what is going on?

@smithdeburg79 is the line working for broadband? If not it could be a line problem and there are a whole lot of those after last nights storm. You can run the connection test in the My Sky overca mobile conection to see if its a known fault. Otherwise report the faukt to Sky.

@smithdeburg79 Is your broadband working as normal or is this also affected?

Hi,

My broadband is working as normal. Always drops when it rains heavily, unfortunately that is normal.

Issue is purely with the landline.
