My Sky Hub is activated today but my hub is yet to be delivered. Additiionally, I have had no notification to say it has been despatched and the "delivry date" given on tracking just says "coming soon". Tried calling Sky but just can't get through! Ontop of this, I live on my own and requestedover a weak ago for it to be deluvered to my work address which they confirmed they will do but I am only in work two days next week and then breaking up for Christmas until January. Is there any way to see if it has been despatched or speak to someone? 🙂

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAll you can do is to try and call Sky. The added issue you are going to have it when it is dispatched it could be delayed due to the ongoing strikes by Royal Mail staff.

So we think it hasn't been despatched, that's not a problem with all of the ongoing issues. Just a shame the info isn't given on the account! Especially as every number I try for them just directs me to the tracking page on my account! I will try and call more on my lunch... such a shame but it is what it is eh! Thanks. 🙂

Online that is the only option but when I called them they said they could get it delivered to my work address! That also shows on my tracking online. 🙂
