When I press the Sky Talk Shield button a Server error is returned. This happened on 5/12/23 and just now on 6/12/23. I am wanting to add a * number to my list. I have been using Sky Talk Shield for a number of years so it isn't a set up issue at my end.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
