My elderly mother has recently had her SKY broadband upgraded and SKY Talk set up. The landline phone is now plugged in to the new router rather than the phone line, which is not really convenient for her. She had a second landline phone in another room on a wall which now does not work as it is analogue. I cannot find anything on SKY help pages of how to set up a second landline handset in a property once the service is coming through broadband. Can anyone please help? Thank you

That would be because no ISP supports this.
If you search Voice Re-Injection you'll find more information.

For the sake of clarity, note that an internal extension is not a 'second line': that's a different thing which would require a second subscription and another phone number.
