I am new to sky talk only just had full fibre installed,the phone is plugged into the correct socket on the router trying to contact anybody at sky is an uphill task that Ai chat is a waste of space and reporting the fault only gets a text saying tested line and it's okay I test it and it said there is a problem with wi fi get help?

It was installed on Tuesday not had a text e mail from sky confirming it's all done I originally was with Plusnet contract ended so decided to go with sky Alan

Mark your my hero, it worked, I was on the point of cancelling the contract within the 14 day cooling off period as I felt I was banging my head against a brick wall thank you again alan
